Last week I had the IT nightmare that will be familiar to many. You turn on your computer which was working fine when you turned it off only to see your last sent emails still sitting there stuck in the Outbox folder.
Lacking a regular IT repairer, I did the usual thing of scrolling through Google’s list of those located near me and came up with someone posting a long list of qualifications who appeared to be the right one for the job. Wrong choice I’m afraid. It came back with not only the same but also a couple of new faults none of which I was told could be looked at again for at least 2 weeks.
Back to my online search I finally chanced upon Neil, the owner of Magic IT Services. No doubt sounding a bit desperate I explained my problem and he very kindly offered to take a look straight away by using the remote support service he offers. In a matter of minutes while I sat watching the screen at my end he was able to identify and correct the fault.
My computer is now running better than it has done for months and I am deeply grateful to Neil for his help. He is a highly experienced technician with a wealth of knowledge but still manages to present himself as patient and generous with his time when dealing with his clients.
I cannot recommend Neil at Magic IT Services more highly. If you are a business in need of local IT support you could not be in better hands.
