The first user invited by us will be a Site End Administrator. During the activation process, the Site End Administrator User creates a client Organization Key for their entire organization to use when logging in. This key is used as part of the encryption process, and is unique to the client. This Organization Key is not known to the Magic IT Services unless shared by the client.
Once that setup is complete, Site End Users can be added who can have different permission levels.
Also, once the Site End Administrator has logged in, we can share the client’s credentials we hold with the organisation. If there are on-site servers we can synchronise the credentials between the servers and this system.
