Q. Which products are available to purchase via Magic IT Services?
A. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), we are able to offer a wide range of Microsoft subscription services including Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Office 365), Power Automate, Power BI, Project, Azure plus numerous add on products.
Q. Why should I purchase from Magic IT Services rather than from Microsoft directly?
A. We take time to ensure that the products we recommend to our clients suit their requirements and licencing is appropriate to minimise costs and ensure compliance with Microsoft’s License Agreements. We make sure we recommend options essential for our client’s security, provide options to migrate existing email or data and provide ongoing support We also make sure that we prevent our clients having to worry about licence renewals, payment card expiries etc.
Q. Which additional options does Magic IT Services recommend?
A. We recommend our 365 backup solution to safeguard email, OneDrive and SharePoint data, an additional email security product, our email signature service to ensure legal and branding compliance, plus our 365 tenant monitoring to add protect against hackers. All of these services are detailed on our website.
Q. What purchase options are available?
A. Microsoft 365 and other services from Microsoft are available to be purchased from us either on a monthly or annual basis, or even a mixture of licences between the two periods. Annual options do incorporate lower costs of the monthly alternatives because of the longer commitment period.
Non-profit and educational customers currently have access to legacy licencing options with easy on, easy off, monthly licence options.
Q. Can I upgrade products during the commitment period?
A. Some services can be upgraded during the month/year without incurring double charges. For example, Microsoft 365 Business Basic to Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Premium.
Q. Can I also purchase perpetual software licences from Magic IT Services?
A. Yes, we are able to supply Windows Server software and access licences plus traditional versions of Microsoft Office and other software. These licences are then available within the same Microsoft Tenant account as your Microsoft 365 administration (there is no longer a requirement to use the separate Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Center).
